Update: 1:32pm - Fiber crews are currently making repairs to the damaged fiber.
Update: 11:06am - Subscribers that have service at this time on Highway FF and County Road 824 will lose service as crews make repairs to the damage fiber.
Update: 10:38am - Crew’s have identified the fault areas and working on getting equipment in place.
Update: 8:40am -We are currently dealing with a downed utility pole from the storms overnight that has caused the fiber outage.
Field techs and utility crews are currently onsite.
We have a fiber outage near the Matthews area in our service territory. Crews are in the field safely working to restoring service. Thank you for patience.
