NOTE: If you do not see some or all of these channels on your system, please reboot your set-top box and the channels should be visible. 

                1. Unplug the DVR or set-top box from the electric wall outlet 

                2. Wait 15 -30 seconds

                3. Plug the DVR or set top box back into the electric wall outlet

This will manually start the reboot process for your boxes.  During the reboot process, you will see the TV box come on and off a couple of times.  The full process could take around 15 minutes for the box to completely update and be functional again.
